A monthly online group session designed specifically for all survivors 18+ who have experienced the loss of a loved one by suicide.
This is a monthly support drop-in style option for all types of survivors of a traumatic loss by suicide, AGES 18+. Participants are welcome to attend on a fluid basis.
Each session's facilitator introduces one complicated aspect of suicide loss, leaving time to have a discussion about anything participants are currently struggling with and would like additional support on.
Healing Together is a compassionate community of support and participants are invited to join a private messenger group to have further connection with their fellow participants and facilitators.
This group meets online via Zoom on the FIRST THURSDAY OF EACH NEW MONTH @ 7 pm CST.
Our programs of hope and healing are the first of their kind, having been written by a combination of professionals and survivors of a traumatic loss by suicide.
Healing to The Max is based on a strong foundation of Narrative Therapy, which is easily modified to allow for all cultural nuances to be adapted.
It moves away from the traditional belief that you must achieve closure to heal, and instead, invites you to practice the art of "Saying Hello, Again".
We keep the connection going far beyond the structured programs and offer our participants a comprehensive healing experience. We are passionate about helping our participants learn ways to cope with their grief in healthy ways, in an empathetic community, while they learn to live with their grief and joy, hand in hand.
We invite you to join our monthly program for all types of suicide survivors today.
